From all of us at My Apple Chat (MAC), we wish you a Happy New Year 2024. It has been a challenging year for most of our staff personally, but we were able to keep the platform afloat.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!2023 gave us the Apple Vision Pro – the company’s first AR/VR headset (or preferably Spatial computer), new iPhone 15/15 Pro smartphones with iOS 17 and new Apple Watches (Watch Ultra 2 || Watch Series 9) with watchOS 10. The new iPhones also began the switch to USB-C charging.
Towards the end of the year, the new MacBook Pro and iMac powered by the M3 family of chips made their debuts. The Apple M3 series -currently the M3, M3 Pro and M3 Max – are manufactured using the 3nm process and offers higher CPU performance, next-gen GPU with Dynamic Caching, faster Neural Engine and support for more unified memory.
Apple’s focus for 2024, according to popular tech reporter, Mark Gurman would be on AirPods, Apple Watch and the Vision Pro. The company is expected to release a refreshed AirPods Max with USB-C charging and two new non-pro AirPods – one with ANC and another without it.
Another exciting update reported to be coming to AirPods would be the ability to use them as a hearing aid as well as other health-focused features. The Apple Watch is expected to receive compelling new features such as Hypetension and Sleep Apnea detection. There would be a new Watch model with a new design.
The company’s money maker – the iPhones would get minor upgrades such as the Action Button in non-pro models, bigger screen sizes for the Pro models and a new Video button. They are expected to retain the same design as their predecessors nd the Pro models will get a new chip.
Our resolution for 2024 is to be able to cover more news, post more interesting articles and hopefully do some giveaways in 2024.
