Users can also decide the extent of the AI’s capability Under Advanced Intelligence settings. The final announcement of the night was a brief glimpse of the company’s upcoming health tracking ring – the Galaxy Ring.
As far as specifications goes for the smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is at the top of the range with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Chips (or the Exynos 2400 in other regions). The Galaxy S23 Ultra’s curved screen design has been replaced with a flatter design plus titanium frame edges (like the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro series) and Corning Gorilla Glass Armor.
The quad- camera setup on the S24 Ultra include a 200MP main lens, 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, 50MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, and 12MP ultrawide lens. For better heat dissipation during intense usage, the vapor Chamber is 93-percent larger than its predecessor. The rest of the specs include a 6.8-inch QHD+ AMOLED display, built-in S Pen, 12GB RAM, 256GB/512GB/1TB storage space, and 5,00mAh with wired and wireless fast charging.
The Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus has fewer upgrades compared to its respective predecessor; however, they retain the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus covering and the Plus now has a QHD+ resolution display instead of FHD+. The design is now flatter and battery capacity has increased to 4,000mAh and 4,900mAh.It is important to note that all three devices use LTPO display technology.
Pricing for the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus starts at US$ 799 and US$ 999, respectively, while the Galaxy S24 Ultra starts at $1,299.
