According to UBI Research (via OLEDNet), the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus will retain their respective 6.12-inch and 6.69-inch screen size and both Samsung Display and BOE will provide LTPS OLED panels for them. The iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max have the same respective screen sizes; however, Samsung Display and LG will manufacture the LTPO OLED display panels for them.

Based on the forecast, Samsung Display will provide panels for all models, LG for only two models and BOE confirmed only for the regular iPhone model. It is still unclear if BOE will provide panels for the 6.7-inch Plus model. In related news, BOE is considering upgrading its B11 Mianyang plant ahead of its next iPhone certification evaluation and hopes to secure more business from Apple.

Sidebar: This source refers to the iPhone 15 Plus as iPhone 15 Max and others believe the iPhone 15 Pro Max will arrive as the iPhone 15 Ultra, presumably to complement the new Apple Watch Ultra. We expect the naming scheme to remain the same, however, anything could change between now and when they launch.
