According to Bloomberg, the new gaming-focused Apple TV Box will have a new processor and upgraded remote. There are speculations that that the box will be powered by the Apple A12X Bionic – same chip used in the iPad Pro (3rd gen) or the more recent A14 Bionic used in the iPhone 12 line-up. This generation of the streaming box will arrive in 64GB and 128GB storage options.

In terms of gaming, there are chances that Apple will introduce its subscription gaming service, Apple Arcade to Apple TV. The new remote will be based around Siri and will have the ‘Find My’ feature. There is no detailed information about the upcoming updated Apple TV box, however, the report points to the fact that the Apple TV costs more than the offerings of close competitors – Amazon (Fire TV stick), Google (Chromecast) and Roku.
