To promote diversity among LGBTQ+ experiences and long-standing history of the movement, the Pride Edition Braided Solo Loop combines the original rainbow colours of the Pride Flag alongside the new colours associated with ‘The Progress Flag’. The new flag’s Black and Brown stripes symbolises people of colour (Black and Latinx communities) and people living or have passed away from the HIV/AIDS. The remaining light blue, pink and white represent transgender and nonbinary individuals.

Apple’s 2021 Pride Watch Face, which will arrive with the forthcoming software update, also mirrors all the inclusive colours of the Progress Flag. There is a new App Clip functionality within the band packaging to access the new watch face. Finally, the watch face infinitely scrolls and animates when the Digital Crown is rotated and the user’s wrist is raised.

PS: The Pride Edition Nike Sport Loop only has the Six colours of the Rainbow flag and pairs with a matching Nike Watch Face.
